Gifts with Facebook friends
Each day, you can send one gift to each Facebook friend, and each friend can choose to send one back. Under the standard limit, you can redeem up to 3 gifts per day. Unused gift spins expire after 7 days. Instead of that standard limit, your Diamond Club tier can qualify you to redeem up to 15 gifts per day or 30 with a Booster.
Our gifting day resets at midnight Pacific time. If you are online across the reset, you may collect gifts from the previous day and the new day close together. This does not increase either day's allowance.
Inviting friends
Our friend-invitation bonus starts at 1,000,000 chips, but chips are not guaranteed for every invitation. To qualify for a reward, your friends must install through your link, accept the invitation directly, and either be new to the game or have been away for at least 30 days. If invited friends make purchases and/or achieve level-up targets within a certain time frame, you earn additional bonuses.

Loyalty Points and purchase boosts
Our Diamond Club rewards you for buying chips. Membership is free for all our players, with no membership fees. Purchases earn Loyalty Points, and the points for each purchase appear next to its package in the store.
Select purchases made directly from us receive a tiered boost to your chips per package, giving 20–70% more chips depending on your tier. This boost applies automatically on our game website and in the Diamond Lounge. On mobile or Facebook, activate it with the toggle at the upper left of the chip store.
Booster benefit
An active Booster awards an extra Daily Wheel spin per day.
Vouchers
Depending on your Diamond Club tier, you may have one or more VIP Vouchers in the store. To use one, purchase your preferred package while the voucher is selected. Special Vouchers can be earned by activating a Booster. You can see their value through the Diamond Club logo at your current tier, while VIP Voucher values may vary when refreshed.
We add vouchers to player accounts every Saturday at midnight. Vouchers cannot be combined with chip sales, and unused vouchers expire at 11:59 PM on Thursday Pacific time.

Account compatibility
Apple, Google and Email ID accounts work on all mobile devices and our game website, but not on the Facebook version. Facebook accounts work across all versions of our game. Mobile players who start as Guests can later log in with Facebook, Apple or Google, but these game accounts remain separate and can be maintained on the same device.
Guest access
Unregistered Guest accounts are available only on the device where they were created. Registering your mobile Guest account creates an Email ID that backs up your chips and progress for access across devices and on our desktop game website. Other Guest limitations still apply. Guest accounts cannot send or receive gifts because gifts are shared between Facebook friends. Guests also cannot see friends or customise their username or profile picture.

We do not require payment to access and play. You can choose to purchase virtual items with real money inside the game, including random items. These are purchases of virtual items, rather than deposits for real-money gambling.
Stores and payment methods
Depending on your platform, the chip store may display only our DoubleDown store or both our store and the platform store. Flexible payment methods in our store are processed through Xsolla. We do not store your payment information. Chip purchases go through Facebook, iTunes/Apple App Store, Google Play, Samsung Galaxy App Store, Amazon Appstore, PayPal or Xsolla. Change or remove a stored payment method through the relevant provider's help route.
You may pay for Virtual Content using methods available in our services. These may include Apple, Google or Amazon accounts, credit cards or other accepted provider methods. Your chosen method's terms and any additional processing fees apply. We are not responsible for issues with a payment provider's services.
Prices and purchase conditions
Applicable fees are displayed with the respective Virtual Content. We may change pricing at any time, and you may acquire Virtual Content only where lawful in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for charges, usage and purchases on your account or credentials, including applicable taxes. You must be authorised to use your payment method and provide accurate payment information. You authorise us or the payment provider to charge for your purchase.
The contract for delivery of Virtual Content is concluded when you press the green price button, buy, spin or a button with similar meaning. We may refuse a purchase or acquisition request for any reason at our sole discretion.
Withdrawals and virtual content
Our Virtual Content cannot be redeemed for money or real-world value, sold, traded, assigned, transferred or made available to another person or entity. It cannot be cashed out or exchanged for real money or goods. Attempts to do so violate our agreement and may result in a service ban and possible legal action.
Final sales
All sales of Virtual Content are final, and we are not required to provide a refund for any reason. We or our partner provide a purchase document when required by law, which may be electronic.
Subscriptions if offered
Some of our services may offer subscriptions. If you purchase one, pressing the purchase button requests immediate supply, creates a monthly subscription contract and authorises the monthly rate quoted at purchase. For a subscription purchased through a platform such as Facebook, Apple or Google, that platform charges the fee and its payment terms apply.
Subscription rates are based on U.S. Dollars. Charges go to the payment instrument provided when you start, or a replacement if you change your account information. Prices and charges may change with advance notice. A subscription will automatically renew each month until you or we terminate it. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next month's automatic charge. For a game played on a platform, cancel directly through that platform using its cancellation support. Subscription payments are nonrefundable, with no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
Our social casino and operator
The DoubleDown Casino game website and apps are managed and operated by DoubleDown Interactive, LLC. Our casino is intended for those 21 and older for amusement purposes only, while DoubleDown Interactive's wider social casino-style games require players to be 18 or older. Permanent account bans
DoubleDown Interactive can disable your game account, making it permanently inaccessible. You can contact our Customer Service team at any time to request an account ban for any reason. The team promptly actions the request without questions, and app access is blocked once the ban is implemented. All account bans are permanent without exceptions, whether you request one or DoubleDown Interactive imposes it at its discretion. After a ban, DoubleDown Interactive continues to take reasonable steps under its policies to ban new accounts you create if and when it can connect them to you.

Help Center requests
Use Submit a request in the top right of our help site to start a message to our team. When creating a Help Center account, follow the link in our verification email and create your account password. After signing in, select your name at the upper right and choose My activities to view support requests.
In-app help and replies
In our app, use Need help at the bottom left to browse help content. If you cannot find an answer, use the plus icon at the bottom right of a help page. To read replies, return to Settings, then Need help, the plus icon and View Tickets.
Do not switch accounts while awaiting a support reply. If you use multiple accounts on a device, our help site may be best so we can reply by email. If you log out of your casino account, you will lose your support history.
